"A quiet area, but its staff does a poor job, plus the owner of the complex. One of the complaints is that by referring new personnel who enter the condominium they do not pay what the management promises, the balance being 200 USD. and even so they steal because the entrance is not secure. They robbed (vandalism) the post office boxes and do not create reports to the police. a total disaster with the people in the office. I don't advise anyone to live here"

"Apartment was not ready when I arrived. Had to wait almost 4 hours to get in it. Walked into wett carpet and cockroaches climbing all over walls. Office did right and helped the best they could. Hope this isn't a bad sign for the future."

"I don't recommend it!! I applied in these apartments and they asked me for some things to apply and I fulfilled them, because after having applied paying more than 300 dollars they demanded many more things from me. The lady from the office was very kind. But manager CARLY ARTHUR was unpleasant and did nothing to help."
