"Yep 1 star only because I had to have my dealer brought my car to you for a four wheel alignment after work they done. Then I get my car back and one of my rims is bent. So just a great big shout out to you all for not owning up to your mistake and hope I can find another rim otherwise thank you again for your screw up in making someone have to get a new set of rims. I can honestly say my car will never be brought to your shop. And no this isn’t the first car you have screwed up and you not owned up to doing damage to but if that’s how you all do business I’m glad you can wake up every morning knowing how you screwed over a customer."

Arrived at Big Boys an hour before opening time, 20 minutes before opening the first employee to arrive walked over to our truck and took the order, the flattened tire, and got to work immediately. We had our new tire on the rim and placed in the back of our truck before official opening time. Extremely impressive service, thank you guys."
