"Clerk was rude , kept pulling the wrong part then getting mad about it . It was an oil filter for a F450 . I should of just walked out when she asked the F 450 was a Ford ! How do you work a counter at a parts store if your asking that . After her 3rd attempt I asked for someone competent , she hit the roof started yelling and was told to go take a breather . Been going to this store for 20 years , I won’t be back until she is gone . I own a tow company and parts stores are always soliciting me . So see ya Advanced auto . Autozone counter employees know a f450 is a Ford product and I’m sure they don’t scream and act like children when they are wrong ."
