"Let me tell you I was oh to happy to finally leave that place .. I moved to Houston back in 2021 with my family. I filled out the application online and came for a visit a few weeks later..After signing the lease a month later we moved in...It was great the first weeks, then all hell broke loose.. between the water getting shout off every other day for hours to the infestation of roaches to someone being killed there we had enough.... I don't care how cheap the rent is there ITS NOT WORTH IT IM TELLING ...... RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!!!! If I could give them a no star review I would"

"I would give them no stars but not possible. Living at westpark is not a place I would recommend. I had a package delivered to my home and it was stolen from us. When we tried to go to the front office and let them know that our package was stolen and could they look at the cameras that are right above our front door. They told us every excuse on how they can not help us and how we have to make a police report for anything to happen. Not only that, living here they make you pay 1700 dollars a month for some electricity that they have on all night outside. We have all these lights on all night and they can’t even use their cameras and find my package. Also my package was delivered through Amazon and amazon had to drop my package off at the front door because the amazon locker that is in the apartment complex gets broken into all the time and it doesn’t work. Do not stay here they let people steal packages, they don’t care about helping you, and they overcharge your card for these electricity bills. The office doesn’t help you so called on the weekend and we have to call the cops to get any help done for anything."

"Looking for a new place can be challenging. I have ran into rude unprofessional office personnel. I check this place out online and got a showing date pretty fast. On top of that when i went inside it was very clean and quiet everyone was kind and professional. Jennifer worked with me on understanding the application and the process patiently even though I haven’t gotten a forsure if my application was accepted at this time i still wanted to give a shoutout to Jennifer and her teammates even the maintenance workers because this place was clean and they were all professional !"

"I am highly disappointed with my overall experience thus far and I hope it improves immediately. I have only been here a little over a month, there is an unprecedented number of children unsupervised, physically and verbally harassing adults and children, domestic fights and arguments, the condition of my unit is unacceptable from cockroaches to terrible workmanship. The assistant property manager Kierra is very nice but I believe her control of the situation is very limited. I’m sure she is trying her best. My children are afraid to go outside or to the bustop and I am afraid for them this has cost me time at work and the current conditions of the unit have made our experience far less than enjoyable with our time at home."
