"I have lived here for more than a year. I love the new management team! Very caring and responsive. They make sure our questions are properly answered. Maintenance team is as usual very quick and professional. I also like the new valet trash team, much better than the previous one."
"Spacious apartments, good appliances, great location. Maintenance team is very responsive and takes care of the request promptly and diligently. My frustration is with the lack of response from the Curtesy officer and the office. One evening on my way to the gym I was approached by 2 teenagers carrying a baseball bat and asking me for money. I have never seen those people around the complex and I am not even sure they were residents. I made a call to the courtesy officer, the voice recorder informed me that they will contact me back shortly, but that never happened. I reached out to the office via email and got zero response. Last week one of the residents had a late night gathering and the guest were extremely loud and rowdy in the hallways and common areas well past midnight. The call to the courtesy officer yielded no response or resolution. Next morning, on my way to work, I was greeted by the a pile of vomit on the first floor. So, it was unpleasant to say the least."
"Id say the front office has really slacked since our other manager left. Some are genuinely unprofessional. Theres constant dog poop everywhere you walk because no one is picking up there dogs poop. Maintenance do what they fan since there staff is low but are super sweet and try to get on time if not its always a reasonable time. In our apartments most of the things are broken after they pushed our move in date back because they wanted to “make sure everything was just right”. Its quiet and everyone here is truly super nice!"
"Assistant manager Andrew was amazing with the move in process and was very helpful through it all. We appreciate you Andrew and your staff! We got prompt service as well when it came to putting in a ticket with maintenance! It got taken care of the same day and he was very nice and quick about it all! Community is great and very quiet as well."
"My wife and I lived here for about a year and a half. A few takeaways from our time: 1. Towing is very strict here. They will not provide warnings before towing. My wife’s car got towed during the first month and we had multiple friends who also were towed for going a few hours over the 48hr guest permit time limit. Really no need for this as there is plenty of parking in the complex but we experienced this the whole time we lived here. Costs $300+ to get the vehicle back. 2. As with all apartments, the management team can make or break the tenant experience. We had an awesome experience the first half of our stay, but around 7 months in, The Grand switched management companies and it became difficult to communicate with them. I like going into the front office and talking to the staff when I feel like I need more eye rolls, rudeness, vague answers, and talking back in my life. 3. Secondary exit/entrance had been down 7+ months when we left in October. This causes a lot of congestion at the main gate in the mornings when everyone leaves for work. Also dangerous as I have seen multiple accidents on that road as people try to leave the complex. Pros: 1. Maintenance team was always on time and fixed our issues. Shoutout to Jose. 2. Not much pests compared to other apartments. We were on the third floor however."
