"Let me start by saying….. I loved this place!!!! The Willow Green staff at the time 2 years ago was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Mrs. Jackie was a ANGEL in disguise… very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable!!! The Maintenance was aware of my health issues so when my health was at risk they came and did whatever they could to make me and my children comfortable. Now let’s fast forward to 11/2024….Ever since this new company has taking over it has been problematic!!!! They refuse to fix anything, their are no working cameras on the property even though they say they do, 20 cars was broken into on Christmas Eve, they cut off all residents water supply almost every other day, the entire new staff is unprofessional and not to mention very rude!!! There is always shoot outs, people stealing car parts, little children being left unattended, and fights, among numerous of other things!!! A lot of people who live there has complained of rat infestation and roaches!!! When I first moved here I was too excited about not having to worry about people being ratchet, ppl walking around with there pants on the ground, smoking weed, fighting, gangs, guns, violence, nudity or profanity, but that’s not the case anymore!!!! It’s horrible!!!! You can’t actually let your children play outside without worrying if some youngsters !!! At first I was not sure where the negative reviews were coming from, but my experience here since this new management is a DOUBLE NEGATIVE!!!and I DONT recommend anyone to coming here and giving them a try!!! Especially if you have children, or if you are a seasoned person, or just want to live comfortably THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO CALL HOME!!! Take your chances on 45 in traffic!!!"

"Office staff, specifically Alexus and Theresa, are there to help you out. They are kind, patient, and will work with you in order to get you into your preferred unit. Maintenance workers aren’t bad, they get to your service requests in a reasonable amount of time. The price for these apartment units are very low and it’s very helpful for low income households."

"Everyone in the office is friendly and caring. I had a little issue and they treated me like family to make sure I was ok. They are the best in making sure that you understand the application process and is happy to help with any questions you have. I feel like family already."
