"I’ve been a resident here since 2020. The front office staff is usually really nice. I recently had an issue with the resident portal app trying to make a rent payment . The resident portal app locked me out for 24 hours after failed attempts. I spoke with one of the managers Deborah to keep an open line of communication about said rent payment as a loyal resident. She came off extremely condescending. It seems as if she truly didn’t have it in her heart to hear or help me out. I have my money. I want to pay the money. I’ve been trying to pay the money. I will not be renewing my lease. I don’t recommend moving here. My car was recently broken into. My license plate was stolen. The gate is always broken. Management doesn’t take the safety of the residents seriously neither do they take noise complaints seriously. To add insult to injury my registered car was towed last month. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

One resident recently expressed how much she appreciates the opportunity to connect with neighbors, making it more than just a place to sleep at night. Additionally, there are amenities like a dog park and a convenient dog washing station. The bike storage is a fascinating feature and also electric vehicle charging stations. Safety is a top priority with no concerns reported during our time living here. Greenhouse is not just a residence; it's a community that enhances your overall living experience."
