"I have been living in this complex for 2 months, this is a temporary solution for six months until it becomes clear where we will finally live. Before this, I had no experience of renting such housing. location: excellent solution for this price, near a park, many shops, you can walk to small shops. apartments: everything is fine here, no questions. We found a great company to rent furniture and so on, so we feel comfortable. If something breaks in the apartment, the maintenance service fixes it very quickly. one of the minuses is a closed area with a swimming pool, although I would love to read a book there in the sun and relax. neighbors: we were unlucky to live next to the owners of dogs that they did not raise in normal way. dogs bark endlessly, loudly at any movement on the street, the owners hardly walk them and the poor animals relieve themselves on the balcony. I'm very sorry for the dogs. once again - endless and loud barking, most often starting early in the morning, which will surround everyone around. I don’t know what the owners of these dogs think, but living in a small apartment with two large dogs, not raising them and rarely walking them sounds terrible. In general, there are many dogs in the area whose owners do not clean up after their animals. We didn’t encounter any theft or problems with the car, thank God, as others write here. in general, it’s suitable as a temporary solution, but try to choose your neighbors wisely, at least by sounds when viewing the apartment"

"I typically do not leave reviews however I was disappointed with the end of my experience. Overall, the units are beautiful. I haven’t seen any 3bd room apartments for the price and sq ft yet! Minor pest issues, tree bugs is what I was told they were. Spacious bedrooms and clean property for the most part.. the dumpsters get full pretty fast.. there arent many visitors parking and they will tow your vehicle FAST!. Price is reasonable and in my experience, the neighbors are respectful, despite my upstairs neighbor who stomped all day instead of walking. Maintenance staff is also great as they respond promptly. However, I lived here for a little over a year. Front office staff changed twice towards the end of my lease. I had a few incidents with my vehicle being stolen and broken into. My first vehicle was stolen and I was never able to find it. I purchased a new vehicle and on my way to work, broad daylight I caught some high schoolers stealing my car, one was in my vehicle! And three acted as the lookout. I reported this to front office and they didn’t show any concern or regards. I suggested they send an email to the residents but nothing was communicated. A few months later, my car was broken into. My surrounding neighbors also experienced their cars being broken into and stolen. A week prior to me moving, my car was stolen AGAIN! One might suggest video surveillance and different gate codes per resident instead of a universal code that they never change! When I reported my car being stolen for the last time I was told they now has an officer who resides on property and patrols but I lived in the back near the officer so that clearly isn’t a solution nor does it stop car thefts. If you move here I would highly recommend a garage (they are hard to come by). I didn’t feel as safe as I did when I first moved in. I developed PTSD and terrified of walking to my vehicle alone even at my new place. Hopefully they can find a solution to the car thefts etc."

"I am SO Happy with my new apartment and I cannot thank Michael Stritz enough for finding me the perfect unit. I looked at so many other properties back in December and thought I wouldn't be able to find exactly what I wanted that was still in my price range. I told him what features I needed including a nice sized patio and he totally delivered. The unit is just the right size and I love that there's plenty of parking. The maintenance team are amazing and quick to take care of issues! I'm very grateful that Michael really cared about what I needed. I'm so excited to start my new year in my new place!"

"Location, apartment and staff are great, I think they are just short in staff, Michel and Maria are so friendly and help a lot, but they are overloaded. I everything inside the apartment is good only it doesn’t have ventilation system, and I wish I had the apartment a little bit more clean. Beside all of that they have amazing maintenance response, very quick and very Efficient."

"This is a high end apartment complex. Quiet and wonderful. The only downside is its corners has full of ants. But it's tolerable. This is recommendable."
