"We have been living at Park Falls for nearly 2 years. The office staff is fantastic. They have been very accommodating. And when we had any issues they were understanding and worked with is to resolve them. The maintenance staff, are very knowledgeable on all aspects. When our A/C went out in the middle of the summer in the evening, they responded and fixed it so that we did not have to sleep with no air conditioning. The community itself is quite all the neighbors are friendly."

"I thoroughly enjoy the fact that this apartment complex is located in a neighborhood that is so convenient. It is close to my job. I shop in this neighborhood. It is right off the freeway but I do not hear the sounds of the freeway. It is an older property that is well maintained. I really appreciate the efficient maintenance team."

"So far so good, I just moved here in August of this year. I noticed that they take good care of the property. Keep it clean. It is very quiet in the areas that I live in. Sure, it’s an older property, I have lived in Katy since the late 70s , it’s a well maintained neighborhood . There is an area where you can let your fur baby go potty.. so there’s not a bunch of flies all over the property. I haven’t seen any rats, but we do think we have bats ..which is really cool."
