"Associate was super sparky when trying to do a return for a damaged item purchased with a maurices credit card from this location. if i could give zero stars I would... def does not have a great future in customer service if you ask me. Company needs to accommodate the customer in a better way because that was not ok."

"This was the first time in my life I was straight size shamed. I didn't think such a thing was even possible. I recently lost almost 200 pds (sidenote; some of the weight loss was welcomed, but now it is scary and out of control). I came in to buy a belt. I went to the first belts I saw, and I was berated by the clerk that "nothing over there was gonna fit me," and I needed to look on the other side. She yelled this across the store, and I was embarrassed and wanted to leave. Instead, I bought my belt, after i found one and she lectured me during the whole check out that I was wearing clothes that were too big. I explained (which I shouldn't have to) that I'm sick and losing weight quickly. She just continued being rude until I left. I never imagined I would be shamed shopping as a thinner person.This girl needs some sensitivity training."

"I walked In The store and all three employees were standing at the registers giggling and talking amongst themselves . I was never greeted or acknowledged in any way…. Very disappointed. I wish I would have had more time at lunch I would have gone to the state street location. The last time I was in there the woman were wonderful. I know it’s a little bit harder work to pay attention to your customers but it IS your job after all"
