Pizza Hut,

"We entered and no one was there, so we sat down. After 5 to 10 minutes someone came out and stood at the counter. We waited a while before they told us to order at the counter, content to just stand doing nothing. The silverware was DIRTY, covered in food. The staff said, "we don't clean them, we put them in the dishwasher but I'll tell them to check it" when asked. The restaurant itself was dusty and the bathroom had cobwebs. The food had little to no sauce and the pizza melt had multiple grease puddles. Honestly, the only good thing was the pop and hopefully the glasses were actually clean. The entire time we were there, only one other family was there. They were not busy, except the phone which rang nonstop and never got answered"

"Have been doing carry out so did not eat inside. The pizzas were hot and good, they have definitely improved over the last several years. There was a time several years ago we quit ordering from here, but they have definitely upped their game and the food has been great every time we order. The person at the window knows us by name and makes us feel like a valued customer."

"I used to love Pizza Hut. Now, it is going down hill. Pizza is thin and dry, barely has any toppings and prices are ridiculous. Time to switch!"

"Order the single serve pasta bakes - they are fantastic! My favorite is the veggie one and the pasta is firm, with perfectly cooked onion and green peppers. Comes with extra sauce but you'll have to order bread sticks if you want bread with it."

"I confess it's been a while since I have been to my local Pizza Hut. This time around, I had to order at the cashier desk when I came in. And pay for it before I sat down. I received my food. I was never checked on. Other people came in while I was eating. They shouted, "Hello, are you still open!" Then they left. I finished eating and needed a box. I went to the cashier's desk and shouted,"Hello," several times. I went into the kitchen and shouted also. No one. I headed back into the dining room as an employee came in the back door. I asked for a box. He gave me a box. And the food? Definitely had better from Pizza Hut. The crust tasted like cardboard. They didn't allow pan pizzas in a small. No customer service. Very disappointed."
