"Their espresso machine is always down which defeats the purpose of being a coffee shop. I’m not going there anymore due to inconsistency. Better locally owned places anyways."

"Manager Erica is very rude and said inappropriate things in front of my child. She causes a very hostile work environment for her employees. Krista the district manager backs Erica and will never hold her accountable for her actions. If you report any incidents at this location you will get banned. I have been a paying customer for many years and will no longer be supporting their business after how they decided to handle the situation."

"Met 3 friends for coffee and visit. Spent over 2 hours there. Everything was absolutely delish! I ordered half- caff and the cashier didn’t look at me with a blank stare and a “Are you crazy?” attitude. (I overheard her explain carefully to another employee exactly what to do). My coffee was perfect!!! So was my bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the 3 chocolate donut holes that I couldn’t resist! It was clean and the dining area was cozy. Best of all, the people acted like they enjoyed their jobs and treated us like guests!!! When I tipped the cashier, she said thank you so much. They even told us goodbye and have a nice day. We will be back! Keep up the great work!"

"I ordered a dozen donuts and asked specifically for fun Halloween ones because they were going to kids. I understand the spider one is more expensive. But was assured they would have sprinkles. Not a single one did, I am very disappointed. My coffee was also very bitter."

"I didn't want to have to give this feedback publicly, but unfortunately this location didn't answer the phone when I tried calling. The donuts are hit and miss yesterday in particular the filling was essentially non-existent. The staff at this location is always very nice and welcoming. I think this location has a lot of potential if they can improve their training program so that they're end product can be more consistent."
