Pizza Ranch

"We always enjoy our meals. Except for the chicken. The chicken breasts and thighs are not completely cooked. We have told the staff there our last 3 visits. Our most recent visit was very disturbing. Someone had their dog in a carrier and carried it with them. We only knew there was a dog because it had gotten loose and was running around the restaurant. They corralled their dog, returned it to the carrier. What was disturbing was the fact that they were going through the buffet with the dog in its carrier. I can imagine all the germs in the utensils already, but then adding dog to them was annoying. Tis wasn't the first time we've seen a dog in the restaurant. Neither are service dogs."

"There are nights when a pizza buffet is the way to go and Pizza Ranch is fantastic for those nights!!! i love that they will include a pizza of your choosing when you get the buffet!!! A great choice for large groups and family nights out. We love the buffet including pizza, salad bar, pizza, salad, chicken, pizza, bread sticks with marinara, mashed potatoes, soft serve, pizza etc etc etc My folks always said the Washington, Ia location was the best who really knows.. Our experiences at any Pizza Ranch is always fun."

"Whole place could stand a good cleaning. Bad kids running around food islands, no supervision by dad. Taking food and then putting back. Don't know for sure but no little kid could eat the food they got. No supervision no restaurant personnel Round to controlling. BAD BAD WON'T BE GOING BACK!!"

"Maybe I just haven't had soft serve in a long time but The ice cream was strangely creamy and delicious. ... Whoever maintains the ice cream machine does it with love..... ... .. . That, Or your annoyance tastes great.. either way two thumbs up..."

"Food is good when the order is right. Had several times in a row that pizzas were not done correctly. Even stopped getting for for a while. With the hike in prices over the last couple years and the not so great service we have stopped ordering from Pizza Ranch."
