"My boyfriend lives here and visiting him has been a hassle because the call box at the gate is an absolute MESS. It rarely lets him buzz me in, and for a couple of weeks it wouldn't even call his phone. I had to park and go into the leasing office this afternoon and nobody was around. There was a sign posted saying they would be back in 2.5 hours. Must be nice to have such a long lunch... anyway a maintenance man was kind enough to help me get in after I unsuccessfully called my boyfriend 6 times and the gate didn't budge even when he pushed the correct buttons on his end. Also, my boyfriend has been Stockholm syndromed into believing having a CONSTANT leak in his bathroom is normal. I don't know if he's just dealing with it or if the apartments told him it's unavoidable, but it's definitely not normal from my experience... Otherwise, pretty nice units and nice grounds for walking. But don't plan to bring any guests to the fitness center. They'll kick you out for good if you bring non-residents around. This place is alright on the surface, but has some weird stuff going on."

Nottingham not only provided the excellent interior to do this, but the family orientated safe space it provides outside makes me feel like there is NO PLACE LIKE HOME! The amenities and grounds are always well kept and are above typical. I have become family with everyone I have met and look forward to seeing everyone grow and live together."

"Lisa is one of the rudest property managers I have ever encountered. I couldn’t believe the way I overheard her speaking to my mother, & family members. And then she was so quick to share the date for my mom to end her lease, (which now she will definitely will be doing). I’ve never dealt with apartment management that would rather urge a tenant to not renew their lease, than talk through the issues that the tenant is experiencing. She is the reason my rating is so low. Honestly would have rated it a 1, but there is another lady that works in the front office who was very pleasant & the maintenance team is so kind & diligent I decided to bump it up to 2 stars. Customer service is key, why would anyone live in a place that they feel unwanted? This is supposed to be home. Smh."
