"Went in to get some coffee and a donut. Instead of just taking my order, they recommended using the app on my phone. When I did that, the order would not go through to their system. So they ended up having to take the order manually- like they should have done in the first place, instead of wasting my time and making me wait and jump through hoops for a simple coffee. Come on, man!!! You should be better than this!!!"

"Customer service has been absolutely terrible the last two times I’ve visited this location. Used to go out of my way to get coffee from this Dunkin' but it looks like this one went downhill."

"Why order ahead on the APP if it's not going to be close to ready? Everyone was polite but totally inefficient, I imagine it's more the apps fault than the store. The app also promised a free donut on Weds with purchase of drink, which I ordered and did not receive, nor was it in the receipt so again 'what's the point' of the APP?"

"Nice place on the inside. Good for getting work done. However, the service is a bit lackluster. If you go through the drive through, they get your order wrong 9 times out of 10. There's been times where we ask for certain donuts and instead they give us different ones. I've been inside there and they are rarely out of said donuts. If you go inside there are only two people there and they tell you to use the tablet to order. The Dunkin tablet software has got to be one of the buggiest I've ever seen on one of these kiosks. But nonetheless, the service is never rude, just a bit incompetent at times"

"Really sloppy Dunkin' Donuts. We ask for muffins and we get donuts. The frosting is always falling off of the donuts. It's almost comical how badly the orders are put together, never getting what we asked for through the drive-thru. We ask for no flavoring in our lattes for dietary reasons, and they always loaded up with sugar. The photo was supposed to be of three muffins. The other photo is the frosting falling off the donut. They always come out this way. It's the closest Dunkin' donuts that's why we use them. Always friendly but kind of clueless."
