He got more of an attitude and told me I need to go through Amazon and hung up."

Here’s the part that impressed me: I called Alex the morning after placing the order to check on it because I hadn’t received the confirmation email. He sent me the email but also said “I know you are on a time crunch for this order, so I’ve already checked that it made the delivery truck last night and it will be to you today.” He’d already checked on it before I called because he knew we needed it before we left for vacation.
