"Ordered a pizza online waited our 25 Mins like it said and went to go get food!! Got there place was empty lady was sitting in back room not making our food. So they proceeded to tell me they are so sorry and throw in my food. So here i sat there an additional 20 mins waiting on food and here it is almost 9 o'clock now and just got home with my food.. no discount for the enconvience that I had to go through of waiting over 45 mins. Usually order here all the time. But I will never ever in my life ever order from this caseys again. Everyone deserves to be fired and new staff brought in. Pizza is sloppy as He** and looks like a TRAIN ran it over. Just SLOPPED together.. so happy!!! Thanks Caseys for some OF THE WORST pizza and service I've ever had.. I won't even go in here for something to drink. Never Again!! BP and subway are far superior!!! Save yourself the trouble and go to the BP of 34 in earlville."

"Many problems with service here. Last time I called lady was rude to me over the phone and then said my pizza would take an hour to be done after hearing her using foul language in the background. Got there after waiting an hour then they tell me it’ll be another 10 minutes. Happened twice there, also tried to call them the other day many times to place an order, phone line was busy for over an hour, walked in to buy a drink after I gave up on calling and no one was using the phone so I don’t see why it would be busy for over an hour. Food is usually pretty good but if you’re looking for friendly quick service this would not be the place ladies there are so rude! They don’t even say hi when you walk in or have a good day when you leave! So rude!"

"Went in on 12/23 and got double charged on a debit card. Caseys in Earlville will not refund the charge and Corporate will not answer a email and the bank can't do anything because it's not fraud. So don't use their card readers in the store."

"Bad service once or twice when in their facilities. Terrible gas. But good coffee and pizza."

"Ordered 3 pizzas, 1 of the pizzas was given to a different family, who took it home, then returned it, they tried to give me that pizza.. also they don't wear hair nets or even put there hair up. No regards for food sanitation."
