"We’ve been here for five years and it was a nice place. But then you would put in a service request and it would get marked as done but no one would come and do the work. It took them 3 months to replace my dishwasher. But the reason I would stay away now are the roaches. There is now an infestation in building 11. I would save yourself the headache, heartache and money. I have to replace all my stuff because of this infestation."
"My husband and I signed a lease on Friday January 15th 2021. The manager Flor told us our apartment was ready to move in. We were given a form to fill out about the condition of the apartment and was told to return it to the office on Tuesday January 19th 2021. We turned the form into the office yesterday and Flor told us she would come to our apartment Wednesday morning to do a walk through and address our concerns. She did not come to do the walk through so I went down to the office and she just said she would contact me later in the day. I let her know that besides all of the mold issues our refrigerator does not work, the microwave is missing and the oven is malfunctioning. We are now in day 5 of our lease and we have not been able to move in due to the condition of the apartment. We were also told that if we signed a 12 month lease, we would receive 50% our first full month rent. Once we signed the lease, we were told that we did not qualify for the 50% off due to lack of rental history. Sounds believable, except for the fact that we have owned a home for the last 3 1/2 years and before that we rented an apartment for 7 years and it is managed by Kayra Management which is the same management company that manages Stonecreek. We have never been even one day late on our mortgage or a rent payment???? We also have a great credit score. My husband has also worked at the same job for 26 years. If we don't qualify for the discount, then who the heck does???? Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Flor is not answering our calls and at this point we just want out of the lease and a full refund immediately. We are so heartbroken and disappointed right now, the community is very nice and quiet and the grounds are meticulously kept and we were very excited about moving in and now we feel like we have been blindsided."
