"I’m honestly upset that I have spent money here. I bought a washer here about 3 years ago & it recently needed serviced. Upon purchasing, I was told I had a lifetime warranty & to get ahold of them anytime it needed fixed. I called earlier in the week & the man I spoke to told me he would give me a call back in a few minutes with a price quote. Two DAYS pass so I try to call again, left a voicemail & sent a message via Facebook. I got a response through Facebook & he eventually stopped replying. I even asked if he could point me in the right direction to get the washer serviced after it seemed like he wasn’t going to help me. Extremely unprofessional in my book."

I got a dryer from them delivered, hooked up, hauled away and a warranty, service technician was great, very knowledgeable! I recommend having highly! They come to Princeton too! "Very happy with my "like new" dryer! Stopped in at 1:00 in the afternoon with the intention of purchasing one of the models they had available. I asked a few questions and by 2:00 my new dryer was set up in my house and the old one hauled away. Nicest family to deal with!"
