Flip's Pancake House

"Was a nice little restaurant, and the food was pretty good. They have fresh squeezed orange juice, which was great. Prices not to bad either. Now for the bad? My waitress was very rude. If I asked a question, she either walked away from me or interrupted me as I was speaking. I barley started eating, and my check was already on my table. While I was trying to eat, she had asked me 3 or 4 times if I needed anything BACK TO BACK. She made me feel rushed just sitting there trying to have a nice breakfast. As I went to pay, I'm assuming the owner jerked the card out of my hands. When she was done swiping it, she just threw in on the counter in front me me. I never had a "welcome" as I walked in, nor did I ever have a "have a nice day" as I left. With the garbage service that I encountered, I probably won't be back."

"This is the original Flip's of the Quad Cities area. We got the ham and cheese crepes and the Turkey wrap special. And they did not scrimp on anything. The crepes were as much ham and cheese as crepe while the wrap was a solid mass of turkey, cheddar, and bacon with a pressed wrap thinly draped around it. The French fries were crisp and salty on the outside while pillow soft inside, so 5/5 in my book."

"Absolutely AMAZING food and service here. The staff also has amazing teamwork. They definitely had a system down to serve food and turn tables as fast as they did with the morning rush. It was fun to watch."
