"I took my child in for a persistent cough and allergies. I told them multiple times something was wrong and they dismissed her symptoms. They didn’t even do any testing. Come to find out my child had a bad sinus infection. Luckily I took her to another doctor who actually cared and listened to me. They treated us very poorly here. I don’t recommend this place."

"We've been seeing Dr. Gondol for 10 years. We had to do a phone interview when pregnant with our first since we had a death in the family just a month before. I remember she was one of the few doctor's offices that always answers the phone. She has very little turn over in staff. Dr. Gondol is our primary, but we do see Dr. Hsu when sick appointments are made. I can have honest conversations with Dr. Gondol about any questions when it comes to questions, especially having one child with ADHD, she's seen and heard my mom guilt and also provided comfort and medical documentation and information to ensure we make the best choices for that child. We're three kids in and I'm still seeing and calling Starside "our pediatrician". Thankful for her!"
