"Used the online ordering to get 2 sandwiches, a cheese fry and a nacho supreme. Placed order 20 minutes before pick up. Had to wait another 35 minutes after pickup time to receive food. Got home fries were ice cold and there was only 6 in there. H steak sandwich didn’t have cheese on it. Nacho supreme was also missing ingredients. Staff was didn’t care and kept using the excuse they were too busy. There was several other people waiting also but nothing drastic. We have eaten at this location 25 plus times and we will never go back again."
