"Zero wheelchairs or electric chairs at entrance today. I called and was told they have 2 wheelchairs and 2 electric chairs. He said they must have been in use or not put away, next time come find someone and they will go hunt one down. How about get more, it's clearly a problem. I should not have to hunt someone down, wait until they are not busy and ask them to go hunt one down for me. It would probably be faster for me to go hunt one down myself and I should not have to do that while my girlfriend has to sit and wait at the front of the store."

"It's Menards, a big box store, so it comes down to people. The staff is generally helpful. 1st shift personnel tend to be more informed and helpful, as 2nd shift is younger and more elusive."

"Worse customer service ever. They are rude. Wasn't asking for cash back, in store credit would have been great. Didn't have my receipt and explained to the lady wasn't sure where the receipt was, since I'm moving from upper Wisconsin to Rockford. She called for a manager named Nicole and she came up front and refused to refund because SHE has a right to. No explanation why they can't, just a bunch of questions like I'm a thief. I have never been treated this way at Home Depot. At Home Depot they are friendly and very helpful. Would not have had this problem there. Not shopping at Menards again. Will start going to Home Depot ."

"Bought a stove 4 months ago and the igniter went out now they will fix it but then 6 months down the road the igniter goes out again then you have to live with it called the Menards about this the guy said all they do is sell them LoL they don't take them back and replace it that's your job LoL well never again buy anything from Menards"

"Fine if you know EXACTLY what you need, but if you have any questions? Good luck. The staff seems to be almost entirely made up of teenagers with no experience actually using hardware. I went to the plumbing section for a simple adapter to connect some water lines for a kitchen faucet, and was brought over to galvanized steel parts. I asked if the connector would be safe for drinking water. I was told it would be fine for drinking water. Galvanized steel is NOT safe for drinking water. It contains lead. I opted for a brass adapter instead. One star for trying to give me heavy metal poisoning."
