Now the trim looks a little off but I think we can live with it. We had a variable on the estimate about our drain line. The plumber had a real good idea that took very little time or material. "I always enjoy working with Grasser's. When we built our house, we called Grasser's and they worked efficiently and were priced right. We call them whenever we need service or are working on a new project. The people in the office are always friendly, and the guys in the field are very knowledgeable. Today I called and Bob came out to work on my furnace. He was friendly and didn't hesitate to call in to see if my 13 year old furnace was still under warranty for the heat exchanger. We found out it was 100% covered for parts and the labor is going to be very reasonable to replace it. Different then other companies that have 2-3 vans on the road to service you, I believe Grasser's has over 40 vans on the road. "Called for issues with my furnace. They came quickly and kept me informed on arrival time. It turned out to be a thermostat wiring issue. The service rep was easy to deal with. I asked if he could do maintenance, he almost seemed happy to do it. He was very informative about what he was checking and things I should keep an eye on for future issues. Very satisfied!"

"Grassers just replaced our old furnace and central air unit along with adding 2 vents to rooms in the house that did not have anything, some duct work needed to be done as well. From the first phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate we had excellent service. After the estimate appointment we received the bids later that evening. Once decided and the ball got rolling the project took about 2 weeks to start. A 2 day project turned into 2 & 1/2 days due to some unforseen issues, but the project manager called me to make sure it was okay. Very reasonably priced!"
