"2/12/24 N Main St Location - The Donuts were hard & stale and I had to ask for a refund. I kept the French vanilla coffee but it was old & stale & scorched (burnt) tasting. They need to be ashamed of themselves for selling people old a$$ food! Not cool. Not the first time either but it will be the last. No longer going to this location."

"I would really like to like this location but it sucks. This location is most convenient and I have given it 3 chances - each was disappointing. The iced coffee is watered down, the breakfast sandwiches are supposed to have 5 slices of bacon - they try to skimp at only put 3 slices. The only thing I would order from here is a plain croissant or donut. I am done trying. I refuse to go here. I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to the location on E Riverside - they are most consistent."

"We stopped here for donuts and coffee on the way to the discovery center. We tried to order donuts for our kids and were told basically everything we asked for was sold out. We finally were told we could have the last donut holes they had, when we opened the box we found a dead fly smashed into one of the donuts. We kindly handed it back to the employee and told her about it. She asked if we still wanted the donuts.... since those were the only ones left we said no...obviously not wanting to eat food with a bug in it. It ended up being an entire ordeal trying to get a refund for the donuts. We won't be stopping here again."

"This place is always a hit or miss with the odds being 85% of the time that you’ll get bitter hot coffee or watered down ice coffee and full of milk. I refuse to come here unless I absolutely have to and don’t have time to stop by at the other Dunkin or Starbucks. I’m assuming employees are not being trained correctly because they are always going through employees. Prices are okay, just what you’d expect. The reason for the 3 stars are that the only form of payment is Card Only and Coffee is terrible 85% of the time, so it’s extremely rare if you get it how it’s supposed to taste. This place has no lobby and it is DRIVE-THRU ONLY, but plenty of parking and well lit at night. Service is okay as well. This place has my patronage only in dire circumstances but I’d recommend going somewhere else."
