"EDIT: 2 months later and suddenly they can't make changes at the window?? We all forget things once in a while, but even when asking before we got charged, we were told it would be no problem. Got the the actual food window and we were told we would have to drive around to the back of the line for this one item. Idiots. /// This has got to be the worst location in town. Consistently out of in-demand items and will not adjust for demand. Staff are untrained and don't even know their donuts some days. It's absolutely ridiculous. Beyond bad."

"The manager here is terrible and should lose her job, she's super rude and when there's a problem she tells her employees to figure it out themselves. The food is always stale and old and the wait time for your drink/food is outrageous. I waited 30 minutes for my drink and 10 munchkins. Its atmosphere is always filled with trash and the employees always talk drama about customer. WORST LOCATION IM ROCKFORD. Do NOT recommend. The service here is TERRIBLE. it's crazy how long the lines are just for a drink. Manager should not be a manager."

"Usually no problems but this morning we went in and stood at the counter for 5+ minutes and were only told “we’ll be with you soon” only to wait several more minutes before leaving for another place. Staff was slammed with orders- there were three people working and they were working hard, but we didn’t feel like we were valued."

"I go to this Dunkin regularly. It's the only coffee shop I've been to where they've told me they ran out of coffee and they're almost always out of some flavor or another. I don't know who the store manager is, but they're doing a terrible job of restocking."

"VERY disappointing this time, usually I don't have much issues here @this location since it's close nearby 4 me 2 get to. I ordered a large matcha latte, drink size seems smaller than a large?? Then it was lukewarm in temperature, the the matcha wasn't even mixed/blended either, its all floated up 2 the surface of the drink. Never had that happen b4...idk is it all a bunch of newbies now working there that just don't either how 2 b a barista, or just don't care how the product comes out 2 the public?? Idk which, I'm an avid customer of DD can see thru my app of how frequently we go there & my daughter too. Drink wasn't even filled up 2 top as it usually is too, idk maybe need 2 find/go 2 another location then or further down the road 2 the nearest Starbucks instead?? This is my time 2 treat myself, as I'm also a local biz owner too. I would never have sent this out 2 a customer of mine looking like this either...maybe more staff training needed?? Also ordered a speciality holiday donut too, idk how this gonna turn out either... we'll see??"
