"Personally, I'm very happy with B&W. Keep in mind that everyone's review is a result of their own experience and personal opinion. I've hired B&W on a couple of occasions and my recent job was for dishwasher installation. I had purchased the dishwasher at a 'big box' store only because there was a simple model in stock and I wasn't picky about features. If I had wanted a specific make/model, I would have likely ordered through B&W. Although a bit more to install than the big box store, it included haul away of the old appliance. I like the fact that it's a small town business. The installers arrived early and had removed the old and installed the new in just over an hour. I had only expected one installer but was happy there were two. They were very particular in making sure everything was level and working with no issues before they left. The gentlemen were kind, professional and cleaned up the minimal mess (just from the contents of the box, plastic wrap etc., ) I will definitely contact them for future appliance sale & service needs."
