"The service I received both trips here has been super. They answered all my questions, which were a lot. I placed an online order before they ever opened. The order has 7 meals on it. The food was ready, complete, and labeled with names. I ordered extra items when I arrived and was met with a friendly face who helped me in no time. I'm personally not a fan of the food, never have been, but the service was good."

"Worst experience ever. They can’t follow directions to serve the right order of food. I order a bowl. white rice; pinto beans Carne Asada (extra: double the meat) Barbacoa (extra; double the meat) -Corn -Guacamole. No cheese or sour cream. I received my food, which was not even near what I had ordered. Refer to the picture. How hard is it to put together one simple order without making mistakes? Every other chipotle restaurant I have gotten food from in the past does your food with no mistake. Third time with another screw-up order, and it happened just at this location in Dixon. Give the staff better training. Just opened and will be losing all loyal customers because of all these stupid mistakes."

"Great place to eat! Staff is awesome as well. Of course since this is a new thing in town the hole Sauk valley all flocked AT ONCE, then also expected to get food in a timely manner and not run out of things. The establishment is smaller than McDonald's and had more traffic than Buffalo wild wings. Put that into perspective and you'll realize these employees are A++ giving it there all to give us great food and a good experience. Like any new restaurant to the area it will get better with time and the uproar of people going will slow down and you can expect to get food faster. All in all they are doing amazing with what they've been given. Employees are real people to do not forget that! One thing I may add is to help "speed" up the orders, if you place an order ahead if time and decide to cancel it? Just know they still make it. And it requires everyone else to wait longer, and also makes them run out of items because when your food sits for hours it must be thrown away. To combat this either think about the wait times, or call and tell them it's canceled as they won't know otherwise! Remember people be nice and enjoy the food!"

"We decided to chance a first day lunch order, and we weren’t disappointed. We ordered on the app for an in-store pickup. We knew better than to try a drive-up pickup. We only had a 10 minute wait, which was completely understandable, since it was the first day. We are so thrilled to have Chipotle in Dixon, especially since it’s open later than 9:00 p.m."

"With it only being the 3rd day of being opened, the service was great! I expected there to be long wait time due to everyone wanting to try it out so I went there when I knew I had the time to wait. The employees were doing a great job to keep everything stocked to keep the line moving. My food all tasted great and I am so happy to have a Chipotle here!"
