"The mobile app never works for this location! App works fine at every other location in the surrounding area, so makes me wonder if they disable it. When you order at the speaker they ask you to repeat every item 3-4 times. Constantly long wait times even when there are no other customers."

"Big thank you to Brian the manager. I was in a truly bad mood last night and my Family had ordered a large amount of food. Two of our meals were missing. I sent my son back up there and Brian replaced the entire order. Thank you for being amazingly professional and I apologize for how rude I was when I called."

"Stopped in the drive thru at 2:20am 12/17/23 after a long day at work. Just wanted some dinner on my drive home but to my surprise I was greeted with rudely and told my business was not worth it. The girl didn't even bother to say hi or anything welcoming when I pulled up. The first thing she said was, "So you know we are out of ground beef" I then asked, wait your completely out of beef? She then replied, "Well we're not out but we would have to throw more in and we close in 30 mins so it's not worth it." At this point I realized she was not willing to help me in any way and had no desire to give quality customer service. I guess the customers needs don't matter at this taco bell. You get paid by the hour so how is it not worth it to make another sale... Especially since there was 4 adults in my car wanting meals. We will make sure to take our business elsewhere."
