"Another reviewer mentioned how she was treated because she was a woman. I initially left a vague review because I was so angry after dealing with these ppl. I was treated like garbage, like I didn't deserve a car at all. It definitely felt like it was because I was a woman. Hector pushed to go for something I didn't like at all, told I have to settle on that, terrible communication, no discussion about other options, wrote me off. Couldn't get a call back, even after talking with three different people. "Lost key" is probably code for "nevermind this one." I gave up and moved on. I went to Billion in Clinton, talked to Tara, she worked with me and I got the SUV at the top of my wishlist. Kunes missed a 20k+ sale because they didn't deserve it."

"The cost was exhorbent for an oil change and tire rotation. I won't take my vehicle there ever again For the cost you would think one would wash and vacuum the vehicle. Other places do the same work for less than half of what I was charged. Do better."
