"We went 4 haunted dinner , couldn't understand anything the owner said into microphone! Easily could speak with out it, Marge did. It was not the best , he was winded and not very enthusiastic about it. Maybe need a fresh face for tours. We felt sorry for the waitress, ONE waitress for 33 or so people? Crazy, should b prepared for a full house every time. So dark in there , so many places to trip up and down and I don't need all the red/colored lights , I wanna see the Place! It didn't feel haunted or spooky but I agree with owner , I bet it's alot different being in there alone! Food was the best part . I enjoyed the history . I was born n raised In ogle Co so its nice learning about the history of ur surroundings."
"Attended the Haunted Murder Mystery Dinner show and tour, so much fun! Definitely recommend! The ribs by mayor Mike were fall-off-the-bone delicious! Creep vibes 10/10! Such an iconic place to visit and learn about the history of Oregon."
"It was a great time to learn about the history of The Haunted Road House."
"I have done the dinner and haunted tour twice this year. The food is very good, a great Italian buffet. It's a lot of fun learning about the history of the area and all the stories. The museum in the basement is pretty cool. A neat venue and fun night out."
"Seems like they tried really hard to sell alot of loosely threaded circumstances to prove a narrative. Wish the haunted basement was more true to the Era, vs. What seemed like a concerted effort to resemble a Halloween haunted house. Not sure why the original poker table is upstairs and not I'm the basement where it belongs. Unsure when the covered wagon collection was added to the decor. Change the decor to a 20's motif, dump the silly props and leave more to the imagination. I did enjoy the haunted history aspect and the unsolved murder mysteries. Very interesting, but don't need Halloween spooks charge my imagination."
