"A pretty okay experience for psychological testing. It wasn’t until there were so many billing issues that I felt the need to write a review. I spoke to Dr. Lockhart during the chaos of it all and she was compassionate, but that was the only positive thing I have to say about it. They got my benefits wrong so many times and it was really unsettling considering I work at another mental health facility that does evaluations as well. All I’m saying is that make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for. I had to re-verify and re-verify and eventually even file a grievance with my insurance. I still ended up paying more than what I was initially told but wasn’t as much as they were eventually trying to charge me. Maybe I wouldn’t be writing this if I wasn’t a full-time college student living paycheck to paycheck, but I can’t afford to be paying for mistakes like this. As far as the services/testing, it was fine. So maybe this is the right place for others, just definitely not for me. I like to know if I’ll be charged hundreds of dollars in advance before having claims submitted."
