"There is a sign in the lobby about calories. By having this sign, you are promoting disordered eating and body dysmorphia. It is likely supposed to be funny. It’s really not. Please, do better so we can break the stigma that calories are “bad”. Calories are essential. They are so important that they keep us alive, ensures our brain functions properly, keeps our heart pumping, etc. Just to name some of the most important functions. Let’s stop demonizing calories."
