"Recently moved to town. Almost exclusively work on my own vehicles except when specialty equipment is needed I.e tires, alignment. Had them swap tires a few times everything had been fine. So I brought my summer can in for an alignment after adjusting rigehight and suspension in general, ran them through what I needed down to the amount of negative camber I was after, which needs to be specific as I autocross the car. Dropped the car off, got called in 15 minuets later to show them what I needed done, then they said they had to leave soon for lunch and weren’t sure what needed done and asked if I wanted to adjust it (again being specialized equipment not a big deal) So I spent my time along with a nice employees time. getting camber close enough to not wear my tires at the track this weekend. Being rushed by whom I believe is the owner, I went along with this with the understanding I could bring it back on Tuesday to get it completed the way I wanted. Then got rushed out. And I said so what are we doing for payment just wanna do when I come back Tuesday? They say well we are really backed up but you can call Tuesday. And they charged the the full alignment amount and get to pay another shop next week to get it right. I calmly mentioned that I felt it was wrong to charge me to rush me to work on my own car knowing it’s not going to be done the way I had mentioned I wanted it. And sarcastically was asked “we did make some adjustments right?” They should have said from the start A: we don’t have time or b: it’s far enough out of our wheelhouse to do, not string me along, charge me just for me to get to pay another shop to do it correct. Pains me to leave negative feedback but it is 100% called for. In summation basic repairs seem fine anything outside of what a jiffy lube can do I would not trust."
