"I moved to Villa At River Park West a month ago. My move in very smoothly. Everything was ready to go. I called about a problem with the refrigerator and someone came right away to check on it. I love how clean and quiet it is here. The front office is very welcoming. And I would recommend Villa At River Park West to everyone."

"This facility is managed by a new management company that refuses to timely take care of a pest infestation in our apartment. We have brought the issue up to Shetalley "Shae" Steward" multiples times. She is an extremely unprofessional, rude individual that has shown no problem solving skills regarding our situation. The apartment is full of roaches because of rotten wood under our sink and the management is dragging their heals to fix the issue. I would never recommend this lousy apartment complex to anyone else."

"Do not apply here, the ladies might treat you right when you apply but as soon you move in and you request something to fix either they do it half way with promises or never do it, they don’t tell you of fees and they add them after to push you to pay or threaten you with eviction, plus they tell tou that if you dont sign a renewal lease your rent will be above 8k a month. Look for a better place. Security is 0, one night my car got destroyed inside the place, they took my catalytic converter and when asked for any help they said not our business, they changed the entire roof, all the countertops , changed the pool for no reason just to increase the property value, and they invest all that money but can never seem to fix the gate motors that get stuck in the mid way of opening or only one decides to work."
