"First, I am a DQ fan, but on this day, the staff was flummoxed by my order of a carmel and cheesecake blizzard. I was first presented with a fudge carmel cheesecake, and I declined to as I did not order fudge. Besides the window person, two others came to me to confirm what the window person was asked to get for me. It actually had me thinking how I ordered. When I received the one I did order, it was goooood."

"Terrible experience, prices are different (higher) at window than on there own website.Owner happened to be there argued there was no website for dairy queen 2263 7th st. silvis, To top it fries were stale,Next time its Wendys here i come!!!"

"Our food was cold. The cheese for the pretzels just came out of the refrigerator. It should have been warm. French fries and cheese burger were also cold. Sent the burger back took 10 minutes to get a new one. They may have been sort handed. The poor lady trying to take our order was new so our group of 7 with all special orders had her completey confused. She did a great job and kept smiling through all the confusion."

"The $7 3pc chicken meal is a 3piece kids chicken nuggets meal with a small ice cream. It's not worth it. The fries were cold and tasted like rubber. DQ should just stay in the ice cream business."

"Took 15 minutes to get food at 730pm and only 2 other people were here. Food tasted like it was put back in the fryer to be heat back up. Food was really salty. Fries were good which is the only reason I added the second star. After I received my food i went back for more service and I was ignored for a couple minutes. The gravy looked and tasted old and we're barely half full and it cost 80 cents to get 1 extra. We won't eat here again and would never recommend this place to anyone."
