"I went through the drive thru tonight 2/19/24 and didn't receive two of my sandwiches a fish and my gyro and didn't realize it till I got home I live in monroe so I wasn't able to just go back the only reason they got one star is bc the guy that took our order and seved us was very upbeat and polite I just wish they would double check to make sure bc with the price of eating out now a days thats probably almost 10 dollars I lose out on"
"Terrible service the manager was extremely rude , when I called to complain that once AGAIN they messed up my food I am deathly allergic to the Arby's sauce... and it was all over my food, wrong fries... 17$ down the drain... an when I called to complain the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and acted entitled , first of all she's a manager at Arby's.. it's taken as a grain of salt.. extremely rude . Extremely unhelpful ... I will never eat here again as this is the second time this manager instead of being kind and fixing the problem.. I received rude and snarky remarks. Fire her .
