"my 2 year old and i waited 90 minutes to see dr belcher. she knows her schedule ahead of time yet does not respect her patients enough to see them in a timely fashion. her advice amounted to a whole lot of nothing (come back if the fever lasts longer than 3 days - that's why we're here right now!). we had only switched providers because of insurance, but i took my child back to our old pediatrician who did a swab and texted us that same night - strep throat. why didn't dr belcher do that?? dr belcher demonstrated her incompetence to manage her patient load and to diagnose my child's illness. i feel utterly disrespected and unserved. she needs to quit the profession."

"I’ve been calling to confirm an appointment for my son NO ONE ANSWERS.The number they have listed does not even work I had to do some research and find ANOTHER number to call and they DO NOT ANSWER. It’s super aggravating I guess I have to go into office and see what is going on. They were supposed to give me a call back and give me appointment date and time because last appointment they were out of a vaccine my son needed they were supposed to call and reschedule so he can get that vaccine and it’s been over 3 months and nothing."

"The wait times are absolutely ridiculous and straight up rude. Appointment at 10:30. Arrived at 10 for paperwork. Its 11:55 and we still haven't been seen. Last time I was here for THREE WHOLE HOURS for a couple of shots. There is absolutely no reason for this poor of time management. She may be a good pediatrician but I cant do this again. Kids are bored and I cant blame them. There's nothing to entertain in the rooms for a wait this long. There's only one other patient here and the doctor isn't with them either. This isnt ok."

"Dr. Belcher is the most wonderful Pediatrician. She has been my children's Pediatrician for many years. From my 30 yr old daughter to my 15 year old. Her staff, once you get to know them, are wonderful. Yes there is quite a bit of waiting, and that is because, she, and also her assistant take their time with each child. They make sure to ask questions and know that everything is ok with your child. I love that about this place. So if the complaints about her office are that they wait too long. I can guarantee that is the reason why, and a very good reason for the long wait. GREAT JOB DR. BELCHER. YOUR CERTAINLY THE BEST IN TOWN!!"
