"I had my 2008 Silverado in for a fuel pump change. Nick and his crew did a fantastic job. Some of my evap lines and other components had damage due to corrosion. They worked through some adverse conditions keeping me informed through pictures and phone calls throughout the process. They had much more time into the job than planned and Nick still charged me a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Butitta (GreatWater) in Oregon, IL."

"I wouldn’t trust this shop to change my gas cap after the experience I had with them. Took my acadia in because I had a tire with a slow leak. I knew I had a slow leak because my fully functional tire sensors were telling me the tire pressure and I saw a 5 lb. Decrease in pressure overnight. Told them I most likely needed the tire plugged. I also asked for a tire rotation as well. Dropped the car off at noon on a Thursday. Told me I needed 3 new valve stems and I agreed to that service as well. Car “wasn’t done” Thursday night. They sent me home in the shop truck. Heard nothing all day Friday. Friday at 5:05 I showed up and was told my “door modulator” had gone bad and I would need to go to Ken Nelson and have that replaced. I now have non working sensors and a service brake light on and I guess it’s my problem now to go pay to have someone figure out what they screwed up. So yeah a tire business that can’t handle a tire rotation. Would not recommend. Stay away."
