"So far so good..Did have a few hiccups that were resolved immediately. Here to edit my review from 8 months ago: I’ve had nothing but issues with upstairs neighbors when it comes to noise. I’ve complained to the office more than several times only to receive the same response. This is just not your typical noise that is bound to happen in any 2nd or 3rd floor apartments. This is running and stomping non stop. They suggest calling the non emergency number if they are not available which they don’t respond so I given up on that. I even went upstairs which they don’t recommend, but I’ve taken the initiative to do so because the noise was really getting out of hand. That did no good so I resorted to banging on the ceiling which they’ll stop but the noise continues 30 minutes later and the very next day. I haven’t had a moments of peace since moving here because I went through the exact same thing with the tenants before them. I understand it’s apartment living, but have some respect for the neighbors below you. I find it mind blowing that they also allow 4 people to reside in a 1 bedroom apartment which should be against regulations but I digress. Not only having issues with that, but also seeing roaches and ants every now and then and I keep a very clean and tidy place. Definitely at my wits end with this place!! Also I advise anyone if they decide to move here that if you opt for assigned parking, you will not be able to get out of it until your lease is up which I wasn’t aware of. Assigned parking is optional from my understanding, not a contract. I wasn’t told this when I asked for it because it’s “optional” so I thought. My parking is a walk from my apartment so I didn’t feel safe parking where it’s located so I park close to my apartment since I moved there in March, so needless to say I am shelling out $35 every month for a parking space I don’t use. June 2024 can’t get here fast enough but gives me enough time to look for a new place. I suggest anyone to do their research on any place you decide to move to. I saw the not so good reviews before I moved here, but ignore it because I thought people were just exaggerating, but NOT! The fact I hate moving, but in this case I definitely don’t mind. Nice community and apartments, but really can’t say much for the rest."
"I was honestly not going to leave a review and try to continue to give a chance, but after 9 months, it’s enough. We moved here in January and have had NON STOP pest control issues. Ants are the primary concern-almost weekly. Yes, pest control is sent out, but when it is reoccurring nearly weekly for 9 months, there is clearly a building issue- especially after being told by pest control that the ants are in the walls. The complex has done nothing to address the building itself, just treats our apartment and goes on their way as if that was their only due diligence. We had a conversation with Marisol regarding ending our lease a couple of months early without fees due to the pests that are clearly not under control a couple of months ago and she never reached back out to us and I have tried to follow up, but the community hardly answers their phones. This affects our lively hood from having to store everything is gallon ziplocks, vacuuming daily, preventing my toddler and preschooler from playing with toys that could have potential ants. It’s ridiculous. We are very clean people- unsure about the surrounding neighbors. Regardless, we should not have to live with insects. I have NEVER experienced something like this at an apartment complex. Do not recommend. And apparently we are stuck here with our ant villages until April since management cannot respond back to us."
"Its been about a month we moved into this community. It has been a great experience so far. The leasing office staff have been really very helpful. A big shout out to Heather who has been our primary point of contact and has been super responsive to all our questions and concerns post move-in. The maintainence staff have been really prompt with respect to addressing all requests within a day which is really great."
"Have been living here for over 2 years in a 3 bedroom with 2 car garage. On the positive end: the maintenance team is extremely responsive (maybe the best part of this place). You put in an online request and they arive typically same or next day. Community is well taken care of, they painted the exterior to keep it looking fresh. Located in a good school district. Gated community. Nice playground area, often see lots of families and kids playing soccer or volyeball. Decent gym and pool. On the negative side: Ants, ants and more ants. coming out of the sink, through the walls, from under the base boards... It happens in waves. Different kinds ... tiny fast ants, large ants, had fire ants that atacked my kids. The team does respond, but I have probably put in 10 different requests. Think they need to have a regular treatement program for the outside area. I would say the same goes for wasps, but at least not in the home. They build homes in your garage and porch. The pool is not well taken care of. Water is cloudy, trash is often floating around. Think they need to increase the frequency of care or upsize the filtration equipment. When you swim, you have this uneasy sense that you will catch something. Even something as simple as keeping a net so the tenants could pull out the large bits of trash would be nice. The additional required fees are annoying, 110 tech package, 33 for trash valet, and 12 community fee. This is on top of the base rent. This is an additional 8-20% ontop of your bill. I am not sure why we have to get this tech package. It forces you to get cable and internet through them. they say that it is saving us money (LOL) but we all know this is a way for them to generate additional revenue ontop of rent. If you look online, you see packages at $70, not to mention I would say most do not need or want cable tv - I was paying 50 in my previous apartment. Trash valet, for 33/month is a bit outrageous. Especially when you can walk a few yards and throw it in the dumpsters yourself. Totaly not worth it. This also feels like another way to squeeze you for more money. Then there is the community fee. Maybe the least annoying of the three, but still not clear of what this is for. How about updating the gym or keeping the pool clean. I think they should remove these or make them elective. They damage the experience of this place, which would otherwise be a great place. As stated the gym is decent, but could use some new equipment. Also would be nice if they kept a spray bottle with disinfectant and wipes to keep the place sanitary. Guess finally is they are pushing the length required on the lease to get the same rate, for the best deal you have to sign up for 18 months. I think for these reasons will likely search for another place once the lease is up and would not recomend."
"I have been living here for over a year now and don't have too many negative things to say about living here! I feel safe, my kids are safe, I haven't heard or witnessed anything alarming and they meet my needs! I would recommend this place as an in between place to live until you are ready to move into a house. One con is the children play everywhere. In the street, by people's cars and they school bus pick up and drop off congestion in the morning and afternoon. Other than that I give this place an 8/10. It's pretty quiet and people are nice and friendly. I wish we had community events, but it's fine without!"
