"Power sports store didn't even have chain lube in stock"
"Picked up my Sportman 570 touring the other day. Great people selling a quality product at a fair price. Thanks Brian."
"Brian our salesman was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and took all the time we needed. Great place!"
"This place is great! Kyle was knowledgeable and a straight shooter of a salesman. Price was the best around and the owner even came out and said “hello” while I was finishing up the paperwork. If you’re in the market for a new Polaris, look no further than this dealership."
"Worst customer services I've ever encountered. 1 star is too favorable for what I experienced. I called to set an appointment to have my older Polaris 6x6 serviced. The machine had not run for 2 years and needed the front drive shaft replaced. It drove to where it was parked. I had disassembled the machine to the point that I realized I was over my head and that I needed a professional to take over. I made the condition of the machine clear before bringing it to their facility. When I delivered the machine at the date agreed upon I met with the service manager. We agreed to the following: They would take it in and work on it when they had time. It might be a little while before they got to it. They would call me when it was done or when they went over a dollar amount agreed to. The amount agreed to was significant. Now here is the fun part... That was 6 months ago. Admittedly I should have followed up before now, but they made it clear it might be a while and I have other machines that serve a similar purpose. I received a call from the service manager yesterday and was informed of the following: A) they had worked a total of 15 minutes on my machine in the past 6 months. B) I needed to come get my machine immediately because they needed the space to work on other machines. I voiced my dissatisfaction with their efforts and was informed me that they "would not charge me for the 15 minutes it took to remove the roll pin they had removed..... Gee... Thanks? I retrieved my machine from their facility today (within 24 hrs). When I asked for an explanation, I was once again informed that they weren't charging me for the 15 minutes they had worked on it... I asked to see the store manager. He could not have cared less about this situation. They would not work on machines that old and they were not willing to accept liability for working on machines in mines condition.... 6 months after receiving it they made that decision.I find this humorous as we were standing next to a snowmobile at least 10 years older. I notice that they charge customers $10 a day for storage of equipment if they do not remove their items within 14 days of service completion. Perhaps they should live by their own standards. Pay me $10 a day for every day they had my machine and didn't work on it after 14 days. That's roughly $1650. Heck that's within $150 of what I offered to pay them before they even needed to check in with me. I hope you folks that are so satisfied with Full Throttle Powersports now don't need service for those machines if you keep them long term. If you do. I recommend you try somewhere else. In the mean time I guess I'll try and fix it myself. I don't write reviews. I'm not one to complain, but to blow me off for 6 months then not so much as an apology for wasting my time. That's unacceptable customer service. I'd hate to see someone else get treated the same way I was. When I get it running I'll be sure to give them a call and let them know what a chore it was."
