Dolce Living at Rosenberg Apartments

"DO NOT rent from this company, when I visited this location and Lauren assisted me and I asked her about disqualifications and she advised me that it wasn’t a declining factor I would have a larger deposit. I thought that was reasonable and i viewed the unit. I was also told buy her they only hold the unit 10 days, so I waited to apply. I called recently and applied and was denied for the same disqualification I asked about.. I called to see why I was informed incorrectly when viewing the unite and Lea pretty much called me a liar saying I misunderstood when Lauren did not provide me with correct information. $250 they charge for application and fees and it isn’t refundable!"

"This place HAS RATS! Ive been here 3 years the pool is never clean,the bathrooms by gym locked all the time because of the people they have been letting on property. They havent planted any trees shrubs or even put down mulch in TWO YEARS!! Turned in my key today and the cop that was here the last two years was in the office leaving too!!! You will never get a maintenance issue solved! The toilets and tub constantly clogged! You have to beg for air filters! DONT KID YOURSELF ABOUT THE POOL OR AMENITIES THEY ARE COMPLETELY TAKEN OVER BY KIDS AND ADULTS FROM OTHER PROPERTIES CONSTANTLY! They will not throw the people out who dont live here! There has been no money to upkeep this property for YEARS!!!!!"

"Lea- Property Manager and Divya- Leasing Manager are nice, professional, and exemplify customer service at Dolce Living in Rosenberg. Dolce Living is safe and well kept. The noise level is at a minimum and the fitness center is maintained. Dolce is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and schools. It is great and a friendly place to live. "Been living in Dulce living for about seven months only the second apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, but it has passed my expectations of what I thought it was going to be like I chose this place because I have teenagers and I want to live in a place where they can Have activities to do while at home. The basketball gym is amazing. The staff always makes my son feel welcome when he goes in The gym also allows my older kids to stay in shape while in between sports while my youngest two can enjoy the pool The property manager, Lea, my leasing manager Divya has always been polite, respectful, and helpful do what it takes to take care of the resident needs."
