"Phone always has a busy signal, no sense of urgency it is ridiculous but will be quick to hold you accountable when they are not doing their job. Some of these people (not all) take there authority a little too much their head. Sheesh answer the phone especially since they closed Fridays"

"The experience is bad . The communication with these people is terrible. They need to send Quality Control specialist down there to that office . Some stran6things is going on . They have no Empathy or Sympathy for a humans on section 8 . They need to replace the Receptionist and the inspector. It's some dirt going on in that office . I would not recommend no one to port here from another state or county . Please somebody help ."

"These people never answer the freaking phone, they always set it up to where either you have to leave a message, then when you go to leave one the mailbox is "full", or when you call its a busy signal. Also the woman at the front desk is a very rude person, not someetimes all the freaking time, not helpful what so ever. So when it says online to contact them, don't even try because there is no help here what so ever."
