"Useless. Complete lack of customer service. They triple book appointments by phone. If your first- you might get serviced. Numbers 2 and 3 get thrown out with no record of you being booked- even though they ask for all of your information. After complaining to store management, they had to look at my flat tire- but then refused to fix it, claiming it was against "Walmart policy" (untrue), when in reality they only had one worker in their tire center. I brought my tire to Arn's in Brodhead- where they fixed the tire without any issue."
