"My review is not about the house the house is new, clean and stylish and we love it. My review is about the management team Elizabeth, Damian and our maintenance Rony. They are here simply to make everything easier for you and to answer any questions you have no matter what. Elizabeth and Damian are very familiar with there property and they go above and beyond for you, they never failed me with any problem I faced during my moving process, and I love the way they deal with there residents and that made me feel more comfortable moving and living at Katy Legacy. The property is always clean and quite and trust me if you are in the Katy area and looking for a place then definitely Katy Legacy is the place and Elizabeth and Damian are the management you want to deal with. "This has been the worst leasing experience I have ever had. From the misleading information provided to me upon leasing to the actual house. The leasing team is rude af and very unprofessional (particularly Elizabeth Diaz). I didn’t have the smart home set up for majority of my stay but was expected to pay for it. Pest control will only come out if you put yourself on the list weekly even though they clearly have a huge known spider problem. They also like to play blame games and pretend they don’t know what’s going on whenever something needs to be fixed on your home. I have submitted many work orders that I’ve had to resubmit because they cancel them out. In a brand new build home you would believe you would have bare minimal issues but this was not the case. When I first moved in the walk through of that home was not completed until that day and they wrote down a bunch of things on a post it that were never fixed ( broken planks on the backyard fence, holes all around the window seals and door on the patio, no sealant around the master shower, no screens on some of the windows etc.). In addition, a few months in I noticed a leak in the garage that ended up turning into black mold. I had to literally harass them to come and fix it. Only for them to come over and say it was from one of the bricks outside and to just cut the wood out and patch it back up. The mold is back in the garage because it’s clearly a leak from within the home itself. The water pressure in the kitchen is really low. I submitted an order for it and of course it was cancelled. The low pressure caused the dishwasher to stop working due to low water pressure. The water quality is really bad. The tub in the secondary bathroom would constantly pour out black tiny pebbles when you turn it on. This community is the worst they will be nice and try to upsell to get you there I mean after all that is their job but once you move in you are a nobody and they don’t care about you or the house you’re in. Many people have left this community in less than 1 year. Speaking to others within the community it seems many share the same sentiments. I believe the good reviews you see are from people who were asked to leave a review when they first signed their lease or friends of people in the office."

"After reading the review, I had to take a tour myself and can say Katy Legacy far exceeded my expectations. It was not only the layout of the homes, but all the extras. Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. Can hardly wait to make the move!!"

"Beautiful community, modern, clean and the amenities included within the community, makes living here feel like a vacation. The idea of renting an apartment, especially when moving from out of state, didn’t fit my family needs. Elizabeth the property manager is very knowledgeable, when explaining the concept of renting a home within a community that is ready to meet your needs. Katy Tx has amazing schools. And the city itself has so much to offer! The entire staff at Katy Legacy is amazing. And The manager Elizabeth is very helpful and attentive."
