McDonald's 2104 1st Center Avenue, Brodhead, WI 53520

"To start, they couldn’t make shamrock shakes and the lady told us that they weren't available, but the next customer after us ordered and received one?? Also the manager (i think) was too busy talking to people she knew at a table while we stood there and waited for her to finish her conversation for us to order. And then she picked up her phone and answered a text or whatever while we were ordering. And of course we had to wait a good 20 min for us to get our meal."

"They didn't listen to what we ordered the Buns on our double Big Mac and our deep fried chicken sandwich were disgusting the young lady at the cash register wanted to argue other people were bringing their food back in should never see that at a McDonald's one lady demanded a refund"

"The food was fresh and tasty and the service was good. I got everything I asked for, plus napkins and a spoon which I needed. Maybe a little pricey."

"In the past 30 days Iv driven through Brodhead and yes I stopped at Brodhead McDonalds. I don’t know why they don’t just close there doors ! They are so slow. Do your self a favor and don’t bother to stop. I have been there about three times in the past month and I’ve driven away every time. Some days there’s only two cars in the drive-through. That’s the person in front of me and me. And I swear I could drive to Janesville to any other fast food joint and I would get my food quicker than if I would sit at McDonald’s in Brodhead. Today I went to rock ‘n’ roll’s which is in Brodhead. I will never go back to that McDonald’s again!!!"
