"Use to be a nice quiet place to live. Now it has turned into a rundown not so quiet place to live. So called ladies of the evening flop here and have knock down drag outs in breezeways and in parking lot. Police and management do nothing. I have lived here 10 years and this is the worst it has ever been. Sad to see what this place has turned into."
