"Inconsistent service and they are typically rude employees. I exclusively place mobile orders. One day I will get shooed to the second window without them even opening the window to tell me. They typically just tell me to pull ahead to the second window and dont offer a receipt or anything. So the one day I am in a rush I just head to the second window and they straight up yelled at me. I'll just skip out on McDonalds for now until they figure out how to treat their mobile orders and talk to their customers."

"Once again McDonalds has failed, ordered a Vanilla Ice Coffee received an Iced Coffee no Vanilla or creamer! Seriously how damn hard is it to make an VANILLA ICED COFFEE? It looks like a damn tea!"
"There was no one to take our order at the register. We tried to use the self-service kiosk, but it would not let us order a McRib meal, we could order just the McRib but not as a meal. We finally had to ask the kid running meals out to the drive-thru customers if there was anyone who could take our order. Finally got or ordered, and when the food came out, I remembered why we rarely eat at McDonald's. McRib was good, but the fries were cold and soggy."
