"The staff were very friendly, the rate was affordable for what we needed, and our kids enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is a little outdated, but it was clean. The only downside was they only had 1 working elevator. That was a little inconvenient because many of us were there for a cheer competition, but it wasn’t too bad."

"Our lease ended and we were charged a 200 fee for trash out then we paid the trash company to collect the trash when we left. Also charged 150 for an issue that we asked for them to fix multiple time. When we moved it there was a leak due to builder nailing a hole in the waterline damaged our belongings. Cracks all along the walls and many more issues. Military family be careful renting here. Over all decent place but shady management. Be careful renting from them don’t let the pricing fill you."
"If you are a military family considering renting from Tricon, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. The home was filthy when we moved in, requiring professional cleaning which was completed after our realtor demanded it. Maintenance requests to repair broken appliances take months to complete and technicians will show up at your house unannounced. Additionally, orders for a PCS to another JBSA location was not justification enough for them to waive a lease breakage fee. It cost me over $4k to move out of this home when I received orders. *Warning to current residents* DO NOT take their word for anything said during move-out inspection. Follow the lease to the letter, as that is how they will charge you. They do not consider ANYTHING to be normal wear and tear. Cody Shodrock did our inspection and verbally instructed me NOT to do any painting as it likely would not match, so he would take care of it. I was charged for filling holes smaller than a dime (apparently not normal wear and tear) and to paint scuffs under the bar area from people sitting on bar stools eating at the bar (again, not normal wear and tear according to them). He has since changed his story and is outright lying about our inspection interaction. FYI, Texas is a one party consent state... meaning you can record the walk-through conversation and have proof of exactly what is said (at the time of writing this). I should have recorded our conversation."
