"I had an issue with my 2010 ford f150 making a strange noise in the motor area when I turned on my truck and drove it so I called Jim and asked if I could bring it in for him to listen to the noise he found the problem turned out to be a broken pulley so he ordered the part and fixed it right away.I didn’t expect for it to be fixed right away but I was so grateful because it was unsafe to drive. I’ve always had great service and prices are reasonable there and they are friendly I will absolutely continue taking my truck there for service"

"Took my car in because it wasn’t starting without it needing to be jumped every time. Said it was the alternator that needed fixed. Got it replaced and $300 later still didn’t fix the issue. It ran for a day and stopped working. The alternator was obviously not the issue. We called the shop and said the problem wasn’t fixed, and we wanted him to figure something out since we just wasted that much money on something that didn’t needed fixed. Got hung up on twice. He offered to put a new battery in, but wanted to charge us again. Will not be bringing my car back."
